What is your retainer fee?

All sessions require a retainer fee paid in full within 72 hours of reserving a session. This reserves your desired date and time. If retainer fee is not paid after 72 hours the date and time becomes available to the next client. No exceptions. The retainer does not include the price of prints or digital files, it just secures your date & time with myself. Session retainers are non-refunable, this protects you as a client and me as the photographer. This ensures that we will both be available at the set date and time. If there is an emergency on my part, your shoot can be rescheduled or your retainer may be refunded. If there is an emergency on your part your shoot can be rescheduled one time. Your retainer is only lost if you cancel your shoot. 

 

Do I get to choose the images from my session?

No, I have the right to pick the best and sharpest images from the session, all other images will not be saved. I also reserve the right to edit images as I see fit. 

 

What is your turn around time?

At the end of your portrait session we will schedule an in person reveal of your photographs two to three (2-3) weeks after your session date. At the in person reveal you will get the first viewing of your photographs, see sample products, and order your product all in the comfort of your own home. Most products will be available for pick up or delivery within two weeks of order date. 

 

What can I use my print credit on?

All portrait sessions include a $100 print credit. This may be used towards canvases, albums, and gift prints. 

 

What about digitals?
